Sticks and Stones Meets Yelp

When someone says something nasty, I always think of the famed children’s taunt: “Sticks and stones may break your bones, but words will never hurt me.” And then I came across Yelp.com. (I am truly amazed that some people will go to such ends to tear other people and businesses apart publicly when a simple low start rating or thumbs-down will suffice).
